The applicant seeks Bulk "C: variances due to existing lot configurations which has caused a hardship for this property and thus various variances are needed (Lot Width, Building coverage, front and side yard set-backs.) On the premises located at 1255 Columbia Avenue, Plainfield, NJ 07060 (BlK 458, LOT 71) on the City Tax Map and this notice is sent to you as owner (s) of the properties within 200 feet of the property. The Applicant may also requests any variance relief, waivers or other approvals that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the board and which may arise during the hearing process. A Public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 8th at 7pm located at 515 Watchung Ave, Plainfield, New Jersey 07060 for the Zoning Board of Adjustment Agenda meeting. The following maps, plans and documents are on file in the Department of Economic Development and Division of Planning and are available for examination and review. You may join and appear at said hearing either in person, or agent or attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting relief sought in this petition.
