Notice of Public Hearing Continuation

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wayland, NY will hold a Continuation Public Hearing on June 1, 2026 at 6 pm in the Wayland Town Hall, 110 North Main Street, Wayland, NY. This Hearing is a continuation of the Public Hearing held April 27, 2026 in regards to an Area Variance to the Land Use Local Law #1 of 2022 for the property owned by Daniel Charles Daley Revocable Living Trust, located at 59 & 60 East Lake Road, town of Wayland.
According to the building plans submitted by the above-named applicant, the new house does not comply with the 25' set back and the 50' from the center of the road. The lot is also less than the one acre as required.
