The Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio.
The application submitted by G&J Sullivan LLC at the property located at 10720 Hazelton Etna Road SW, Pataskala, OH 43062 in the GB-1 General Business Zoning District is requesting a variance to extend the existing parking lot utilizing gravel instead of concrete or asphalt. Section 1103 of the Etna Township Zoning Resolution requires that parking areas be paved with concrete or asphalt.
The proposed variance application will be available for examination for a period of at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing at the following location: The Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday by appointment. If a meeting needs to be cancelled it will be decided at least two hours prior to the meeting and notification being placed on the township website, and radio station T-woo (WCLT 100.3FM) will also be notifed.
