Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Resolution 10603, titled "A Resolution by the City Commission of the City of Great Falls, Montana, Approving a Request to Expend an Additional $382,690 in funds from the Downtown Urban Renewal Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District Towards the Civic Center Theater Ceiling Repair, Theater Seat Replacement, and Elevator Repair Projects," will be brought before the Great Falls City Commission for a public hearing in the Commission Chambers Room 206, Civic Center Building, 2 Park Drive South, Great Falls, MT, on October 7, 2025 at 7:00 P.M.
Any interested person may appear and speak for or against Resolution 10603 at the public hearing or submit written comments to the Great Falls City Commission, P.O. Box 5021, Great Falls, MT 59403, or by email to commission@greatfallsmt.net before 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the City Commission and appropriate City staff for consideration during the agenda item and before the final vote on the matter and will be noted in the official record of the meeting.
