Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, INDIANA AMENDING THE PENDLETON PIKE REDEVELOPMENT AREA On October 16, 2025, pursuant to Indiana Code §36-7-14-39, the City of Lawrence Redevelopment Commission adopted a Second Amending Declaratory Declaratory Resolution, Resolution 3-2025, removing certain parcels from the Pendleton Pike Redevelopment Area and making conforming edits to the previously adopted Economic Development Plan for the Pendleton Pike Redevelopment Area within the City of Lawrence. The description of the area affected and a map showing its location together with the October 16, 2025, Resolution is available and can be inspected at the offices of the City of Lawrence, 9001 E. 59th Street, Lawrence, Indiana 46216. On November 20, 2025, the City of Lawrence Redevelopment Commission will meet at 3:30 p.m. in the George E. Keller Public Assembly Room, Lawrence Government Center, 9001 E. 59th Street, Lawrence, Indiana 46216 and will hold a public hearing to receive and hear all remonstrances and objections from persons interested in or affected by the proceedings and actions to be taken in the amendment of the Pendleton Pike Redevelopment Area and conforming edits to the previously adopted Economic Development Plan. After considering the evidence and public comments at the public hearing, which may be adjourned from time to time, the City of Lawrence Redevelopment Commission shall take final action determining the public utility and benefit of the amendment of the Pendleton Pike Redevelopment Area and adoption of the conforming edits to the Economic Development Plan and confirming, modifying, or rescinding the resolution.
