Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Cascade County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 9:00 AM in Room 105 of the Courthouse Annex located at 325 2nd Ave N, Great Falls, MT 59401, and via Zoom (an online platform). The Board will meet to consider an appeal submitted by Madison Food Park LLC located in the Agriculture District in Section 34, Township 20 North, Range 05 East, P.M.M., Cascade County, MT on Parcel #5348300 and Geocode 02-3017-34-4-02-01-0000. Applicants are appealing against the decision made by the Zoning Administrator to refuse the submittal of a permit extension request to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for Special Use Permits #006-2019, #016-2019, #009-2022.
Materials are on file in the Cascade County Planning Department at 121 4th St N, Suite 2 H/I, Great Falls, Montana. Any interested person may appear and speak for or against the appeal. Written public comment may be submitted to the Cascade County Planning Department by mail, emailed to planningcomments@cascadecountymt.gov, or during the public hearing.
