Main Street, Inman, SC 29349 on proposed amendments to the City of Inman Zoning Map to rezone the following: 11010 Asheville Highway (tms # 2-41-12-002.04) and 11480 Asheville Highway (tms# 1-44-07-134.00) from un-zoned to General Business (GBD); 17 C St. (tms # 1-44-06-031.02) from un-zoned to Single-Family Low Density (R-12); 156 Clark Rd (tms # 1-44-00-056.00), 158 Clark Rd (tms # 1-44-00-057.00), 160 Clark Rd (tms #1-44-00-058.00) and 162 Clark Rd (tms #1-44-00-058.01) from un-zoned to Single-Family High Density (R-6); 99 Blueberry Ln (tms # 1-44-15-009.01) from un-zoned to Single-Family Medium Density (R-10); 437 Clark Glen Dr (tms # 1-44-11-148.03) from un-zoned to Single-Family High Density (R-6); 317 Split Oak Ln (tms # 1-44-00-125.00), 321 Split Oak Ln (tms # 1-44-00-126.00) and 341 Split Oak Ln (tms #2-41-00-004.00) from un-zoned to Single-Family Low Density (R-12); 210 Serenity Path (tms # 1-44-00-135.00) from un-zoned to Single-Family Low Density (R-12); 721 Sandy Creek Way (tms # 2-41-00-021.00) from un-zoned to Single-Family Low Density (R-12); and 811 Skipping Rock Ct (tms # 2-41-00-036.00) located on Skipping Rock Ct from un-zoned to Single-Family Low Density (R-12) contingent upon annexation into the corporate limits of The City of Inman.
