Notice of Public Hearing TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF WARREN LAND USE BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; In compliance with the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, the General Ordinances of the Township of Washington and the Rules and Regulations of the Washington Township Land Use Board, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 4, 2026, at the Washington Township Municipal Building, 211 Route 31 North, Washington, New Jersey, the Washington Township Land Use Board will hold a public hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to he heard, which meeting will start at 7:00 pm. The premises in question is located in the Hawk Pointe Village Redevelopment Area of the VR Valley Residential District, known at 65 Block, Lot 3.28 on the Washington Township Tax Map, and having an address of 146 Club House Drive, Washington, NJ 07882. The Applicant is Richard Meleo. The Applicant is the owner of a single-family residence. Proposed site Improvements consist of an accessory structure in the form of a rear yard patio and associated improvements. The applicant seeks the following relief: 1. Rellef in the form of "c" variance pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) as to the following ordinance standards to the extent necessary: A. §8.6 F. of the Hawk Pointe Village Redevelopment Plan, minimum setback for all accessory structures, where 20 is required, and 9.67 is now proposed. The Applicant reserves the right to supplement this application and/or seek at the time of hearing such other approvals, interpretations, variances, exceptions, and/or walvers as may be requested or required by the Applicant or the Board. A copy of sald application and documents are on file with the Secretary of the Washington Township Land Use Board and may be inspected at the Washington Township Municipal Building, Land Use Department, located at 211 Route 31 North, Washington, New Jersey 07882 during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00pm.
