Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Board of Cascade County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 9:30 AM in Room 105 of the Courthouse Annex located at 325 2nd Avenue North, Great Falls, MT 59401, and via Zoom (an online platform). The Board will consider Bunny Run Major Subdivision Application and Subdivision Variance Application in Section 01, Township 19 North, Range 02 East, C.O.S. 4332, Parcel 1 in Section 01, Section 02, Section 11 & Section 12 LS Pl-2021-31, LS Pl-2022-16, LS PL-2022-02, PL 2023-005, LS Portion "A" COS 5409, P.M.M, Cascade County, MT. submitted by Ryan Buffington. The proposed subdivision will create twenty (20) Lots in the Rural Residential 5 (RR-5) District, and four (4) Lots in the Open Space (O) District. The property is described as Parcel No. 2320500, having Geocode 02-2891-01-3-01-01-0000, in Cascade County, MT.
