Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, the 10th day of March, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at the regular meeting place of the Governing Board of the Valley Sanitary District, 45-500 Van Buren Street, Indio, California, said Board will hold a public hearing regarding the Valley Sanitary District's intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the proposed Valley Sanitary District Biosolids Conversion and Distribution Project. The Board will consider written and public comments. Written comments should be addressed to Clerk of the Board, Valley Sanitary District, 45-500 Van Buren St., Indio, CA 92201. Your letter must identify the property you own by service address, be signed by the owner of record, and be received prior to the close of the public hearing on March 10, 2026. After completion of the Public Hearing; the Board may vote to adopt said Mitigated Negative Declaration.
