City of Greenwood Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals
Notice is hereby given that I have, as the owner (or with the owner's consent) of the property commonly described as the address located southeast of the intersection of County Line Rd and Combs Rd (Parcel# 41-02-26-012-003.001-030 & 41-02-26-012-003.007-030, Greenwood, Indiana, and legally described by the attached legal description, filed a petition before the Plan Commission of the City of Greenwood. Primary Subdivision of the said property for a development with one lot, to be known as Greenwood Assisted Living / The Verlorian.
This petition, Docket #PC2026-002, will come for hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers at the Greenwood City Building, 300 South Madison Avenue, Greenwood, Indiana, and virtually at https://zoom.us/, on March 23, 2026.
This meeting can be attended in person or virtually via Zoom. In the event of an excessive number of participants or unforeseen technical or practical issues, the meeting may be terminated and restarted. The hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.

Written objections filed with the Planning Director before the hearing will be considered and oral comments concerning the petition will be heard.
