NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WITH
RESPECT TO PROPOSED TAX-EXEMPT LOAN
On Monday, March 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., Housing Catalyst (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing, which public hearing will be deemed to be held at 1715 West Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, regarding the making of one or more tax-exempt loans or the issuance, in one or more series, of tax-exempt bonds under Section 142 of the Internal Revenue Code, by the Authority the proceeds of which will be loaned to Village on Eastbrook, LLLP, a Colorado limited liability limited partnership (the "Borrower") in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $20,000,000 for the purpose of financing the acquisition and construction of a 73-unit rental housing project to be known as the Village on Eastbrook Apartments to be located at 3221 Eastbrook Drive in Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado (the "Project"). The initial owner and operator of the Project will be the Borrower.
