Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to obtain assistance from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Loan Program
The City of Bloomington Utilities will hold a public hearing at the next Utilities Service Board Meeting on Monday, March 23, 2026 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm located at 600 E Miller Dr, Bloomington, IN 47401. The City of Bloomington Utilities' (City's) engineering consultant will present the recommended upgrades to the City's drinking water infrastructure, which will include lead service line and water main replacements, as described in the PER. The project would be partially funded through a DWSRF loan. At this hearing, there will be the opportunity for questions and comments from the public. Participation is welcomed and encouraged. If special assistance is required at the meeting, please contact the Utilities Service Board by calling 812.349.3650. Copies of the PER are available for public viewing starting Friday, March 13th, 2026 through March 30th, 2026 at 600 E Miller Dr, Bloomington, IN 47401.
