Notice of Public Hearing The Black Mountain Town Council will meet on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Room of Town Hall, 160 Midland Avenue, Black Mountain, NC. The purpose of this meeting is to hold a public hearing for public comment regarding updates to the Town's System Development Fees (SDF) 5-Year Update. The meeting is open to the public. A copy of the proposed updates are available for public inspection at Black Mountain Town Hall, or by emailing town.clerk@tobm.org.
