Operating Assistance Grants for Warren County
RE: Illinois Department of Transportation State Fiscal year 2027 Section 5311 Non-Metro Publication Transportation Operating Assistance Grant Application and Downstate Operating Assistance Program Grant Application.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Warren County Public Transportation.

For the purpose of considering a project for which financial assistance is being sought from the Illinois Department of Transportation, pursuant to the Illinois Department of Transportation's general authority to make such Grants.
Description of Project:
Application for financial assistance to provide demand response, and door-to-door transportation services to general public, elderly, and individuals with disabilities in Warren County.
At the hearing, (WCPT) will afford an opportunity for interested persons or agencies to be heard with respect to the social, economic, and environmental aspects of the project. Interested persons may submit orally or in writing evidence and recommendations with respect to said project.
WCPT requests that any hearing-impaired person wishing to attend this Public Hearing notify Morgan Lewis, 1 (309)-690-7713, at least one week before the schedule hearing date so that arrangements can be made to provide an interpreter.
A copy of the applications for the state grant for the proposed project will be made available for public inspection at (Western Community Public Transportation, 1360 South Main Street, Monmouth, Illinois. 61462)
