Notice of Public Hearing A public hearing is scheduled before the Zoning Board of adjustment on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 7pm in the Municipal Building located at 2480 Plainfield Avenue South Plainfield, New Jersey to hear the application for property located at 414 Norwood Avenue Block 218 Lot 2. The undersigned has filed an application for a variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a front porch which requites a front yard setback variance where 30ft is required, 25.58ft is being requested, with a variance of 4.42ft and any other variances as deemed by this Board. The application is on file for inspection in the Planning and Zoning office of the Municipal Building between 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday.
