Notice of Public Hearing

Notice of Public Hearing Village of Frankfort will hold a public hearing on May 12, 2026 at 6:30pm for the purpose of hearing public comments on the Village of Frankfort's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project #415PW166-22 in the amount of $1,250,000.00. The CDBG program is administered by the New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR) and was made available for the 2022 program year for Public Infrastructure/Public Facility/Public Services with the principal purpose of benefiting low- and moderate-income persons. The hearing will provide further information regarding the completion of the project, with more than 80% of the funds being expended. The hearing is being conducted pursuant to Section 570.486, Subpart I of the CFR and in compliance with the requirements of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. The location of the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
