Notice of Public Hearing A public hearing on the proposed Amended and Restated Development Plan ("Development Plan") for the 700 East Main Street Development Area (the "Development Area") will be held as required by KRS 65.7051 at the following location and time: 444 S. Fifth Street, 1st Floor Conference Room, Louisville KY, 40202; June 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. Eastern (5:30 p.m. Central). This public hearing is being held to solicit input from the public regarding the proposed Development Plan. The Development Plan establishes the boundaries of the proposed Development Area, as set forth in a map attached to the Development Plan and includes the property located at 700 East Main Street (the "Site"). The Development Plan also identifies the proposed project to be located at the Site. To assist in the development of this project, the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government is proposing to pledge a portion of the new incremental increase in the local ad valorem real property taxes and occupational withholding fees. A copy of the proposed Development Plan and the Ordinance establishing the Development Area are available for public inspection at the offices of the Department of Economic Development, 444 S.
