Notice of Public Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Preston Mandes and Cayenne Mandes ("Applicants"), owners of property located at 55 Main Street, Waretown, Ocean Township, Ocean County, New Jersey, designated as Block 194, Lot 13.01 on the official Tax Map of the Township of Ocean, have filed an application with the Ocean Township Planning Board concerning the above-referenced property. The Applicants seek review of and relief related to the denial of a zoning permit application and further seek approval to utilize an existing structure on the property as a home professional office for the provision of licensed clinical social work services. The application may include such approvals, interpretations, waivers, permits, or other relief as may be determined necessary by the Board in connection with the proposed use. The proposed office will operate on an appointment-only basis with a limited number of clients, utilizing an existing structure on the property. No substantial exterior alterations to the property are proposed. The application will be heard by the Ocean Township Planning Board on July 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Ocean Township Municipal Building, 50 Railroad Avenue, Waretown, New Jersey 08758.
