NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that an application has been filed with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of West Milford, County of Passaic, NJ by: Nicholas Trevallyn-Jones and Tatiana Ross for a Bulk Variance, located at 827 East Shore Rd, Hewitt NJ, 07421 Block _4401_ Lot _17_ in the _LR zone with variance relief requested for:
Rear Yard setback, where _60_ feet is required, _36'-7" is existing, and _21'-7"_ is proposed;

A public hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the main meeting room at Town Hall, 1480 Union Valley Road, West Milford, NJ for a live meeting. The application form and plan can be reviewed by request at the Planning Department office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
