Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE INTENT OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF COMMUNITY UNIT SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER 23, LOGAN, SANGAMON, DEWITT, MACON AND MENARD COUNTIES, ILLINOIS TO SELL NOT TO EXCEED $20,500,000 FUNDING BONDS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Community Unit School District Number 23, Logan, Sangamon, DeWitt, Macon and Menard Counties, Illinois (the "District"), will hold a public hearing on the 15th day of July, 2026, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. The hearing will be held in the Mount Pulaski Grade School Learning Center, 119 North Garden Street, Mount Pulaski, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to sell bonds in the amount of not to exceed $20,500,000 for the purpose of paying claims against the District.
