Notice of Public Hearing Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board on May 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. This meeting will include an application, submitted by applicant Pristine Waters on behalf of owner Vassar College, seeking land contour permit and aquatic resource permit approval for proposed hydraulic suction dredging of a 2.78-acre pond, temporary grading for a dewatering area, and restoration of dewatering area to pre-disturbance topography. The application involves tax lot number 6261-03-100450, located at 54-124 Raymond Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY, and is located in the IN (Institutional) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard.
