Notice of Public Hearing Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board on July 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. This meeting will include an application, submitted by Robert J. Flower of Brodi Construction, LLC (applicant and owner), seeking subdivision review, site plan review, aquatic resource permit review, for the proposed development of a 76-unit clustered subdivision of duplex townhouses, clubhouse and amenities, inclusive of open space and a proportion of senior housing units. The development is proposed to be served by municipal water and sewer services, infrastructure inclusive of a new access road and stormwater treatment facilities. The application involves tax lot number 6163-03-218012, located at 81-89 Inwood Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY, and is in the R-20 (Residential, Single-Family 20,000 Square Foot) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard.
