PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Sovereign Bank N.A. C/O Stonefield Engineering & Design has appealed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Aberdeen for variance relief from the provisions of Section 25-4.3.b – Permitted Uses in the PC Zone, and any and all other variances deemed necessary by the Zoning Board, so as to permit the continuation and modification of the existing non-conforming bank with drive-thru use. The project scope includes the reconstruction of the parking area to meet ADA compliance standards, along with associated landscaping improvements. The property is located at 342 Lloyd Road, Aberdeen, NJ, known as Block 86, Lot 1077.47 on the Tax Map of the Township of Aberdeen. The application, maps, and plans are on file at the Department of Planning/Zoning and Development, One Aberdeen Square, Aberdeen, NJ, and are available for inspection weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This appeal is now on the Secretary's calendar, and a Public Hearing has been ordered for Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Aberdeen Township Municipal Building. At that time, you may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any objection you may have to the granting of this appeal.This notice is served upon you by order of the Aberdeen Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.
