Notice of Public Hearing Village Greenville, Outagamie County, WI NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Greenville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 13, 2025, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the Village of Greenville Village Hall, W6860 Parkview Dr. Greenville, WI 54942, to consider the following petitions: 1) Amend the Village of Greenville 2040 Comprehensive Plan, which may include amendments to the future land use map, policies and strategies, and appendices for sub area planning. The public may review copies of the amendment at the Village Hall during regular Village office hours. Questions may be directed to Mark Mommaerts, Village Planner. 2) Amend Chapter 320, Zoning, of the Greenville Municipal Code to create two new residential zoning districts. 3) Amend Chapter 270, Subdivision Control, of the Greenville Municipal Code to amend language related to transition lots, restrictions on lot creation, and compliance. 4) Rezoning parcel 1114800 located at W6943 W Spencer Rd being generally described as Lot 3 of CSM 7943 from RR to AGD. A map of the subject property may be available upon request. 5) Special Exception for parcel 111061100, 111061200, & 111060700 located at N1665 Greenville Drive for a U-Haul rental business.
