Notice is hereby given that the Village of Dundee Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the meeting above to take comment on a special land use request for the following property:
5251 N Ann Arbor Rd, Dundee, MI 48131

The property is zoned M-1, Manufacturing. The applicant is requesting special land use approval to operate an accessory utility motor vehicle and utility trailer rental business on the property. According to Table 7.02 of the Village of Dundee Zoning Ordinance, utility motor vehicle and utility trailer rental as an accessory use to a permitted principal use is a special land use in the M-1 District.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to ask questions or to make comments. Written comments may be submitted to the Village office at the address above or via email to Mike Auerbach at mauerbach@cwaplan.com. The complete application can be reviewed at the Village Office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
