Please take notice that application has been made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Variance requested for pergola placement and building coverage:
Section 230-14(A)(2): Proposed pergola required to be 10 feet from house per ordinance. Requesting zero feet.
Section 230-54(G): Building coverage allowed at 25%, requesting at 27.69%, a difference of 2.69 percentage points.
and such other variances that may be required in connection with this application.

The work session for this application will be held on Wednesday February 4, 2026 and the regular meeting will be Thursday February 12, 2026, both at 7:30PM at the Municipal Offices at One Harding Plaza, Glen Rock, New Jersey. When the case is called at the regular meeting, you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition. All meetings are open to the public.
A copy of the application and plans will be available for public inspection in the office of the Borough Clerk during regular business hours ten days prior to the hearing.
