Notice of Public Hearing of California Heritage YouthBuild Academy II 2026-2027 Budget and 2026-2027 Local Control and Accountability Plan Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed California Heritage YouthBuild Academy II Budget, Local Control and Accountability Plan, and Budget Overview for parents will be held before the Governing Board of the California Heritage YouthBuild Academy II at 2150 Churn Creek Road, Suite 150 Redding, CA 96002 on Wednesday, June, 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at which time and place any resident of the district may appear and offer suggestions, obtain more detailed information, participate in discussion, or object to the proposed budget and Local Control and Accountability Plan or any item thereof. Notice is further given that the California Heritage YouthBuild Academy proposed budget shall be available to the public for inspection on the www.chybacharter.com or any time during normal business hours after June 19, 2026.
