Notice of Public Hearing of Medford Township Zoning Board of Adjustment TOWNSHIP OF MEDFORD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT A Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Medford, County of Burlington and the State of New Jersey will be held on January 21, 2026 commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Police Administration Building, located at 91 Union Street; for c(1) bulk and c(2) special reasons variance pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c and all other variances or relief so as to permit the construction of second story addition located at 350 Fairview Road and designated as Block 5507.02 Lot 2 on the Tax Map of the Township of Medford. This matter is known as file number ZVE-1272 in the Zoning Board of Adjustment records.
