Notice of Public Hearing town of Poighkeepsie Planning Board Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board on October 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. This meeting will include an application, submitted by Hudson RV LLC (Applicant) and 1839 South Road LLC (Owner), seeking site plan review and architectural review for the reuse of a vacant building in this shopping plaza as a cannabis retail dispensary. The application involves tax lot number 6158-01-418838 located at 1837-1839 South Road, Poughkeepsie, NY in the B-H (Highway Business) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard.
