In compliance with the Bonita Spring Land Development Code Section 4-28, M/I Homes, Inc. is holding a public information meeting prior to submitting a proposed change to the City of Bonita Springs Comprehensive Plan and a rezoning application for the properties located at 11820 & 11860 Red Hibiscus Drive in Bonita Springs, FL. The rezoning and plan amendment will seek approval for a residential community consisting of townhouse units.
The purpose of the meeting is to educate community members and nearby landowners about the proposed development and to address any questions.
