Notice of Public Informational Meeting IOWA UTILITIES COMMISSION BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA DOCKET GCU-2026-0008 Notice is hereby given that Cedar Falls Utilities, P.O. Box 769, Cedar Falls, Iowa 50613, proposes to construct an electric power generating reciprocating engine facility at 3701 Technology Parkway, 38.25 acres described as Lots 8, 9 and 10, West Viking Road Industrial Park Phase V; and Lot 2, West Viking Road Industrial Park Phase VII, City of Cedar Falls, Black Hawk County, Iowa. The facility will be built on land that will be owned by Cedar Falls Utilities. No eminent domain will be utilized for the facility. The property zoning is Public, and no data centers or cryptocurrency mining operations are allowed on site. A public information meeting regarding the facility will be held with the Iowa Utilities Commission. At the meeting, Cedar Falls Utilities will provide project details and time will be allotted to answer questions from attendees. You have the right to be present at the meeting and to file comments with the Iowa Utilities Commission if you choose. The Utilities Commission's address is 1375 E.
