Notice of Public Sale NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to §33-1-105 CRS Colorado Parks and Wildlife has initiated the public sale of approximately 15.83 acres in Larimer County ("North Fork Property"). The address is 14733 County Road 43, Drake, CO 80515 (Larimer County parcels 1504100907 and 1633000933). THE MINIMUM BID for the North Fork Property is $100,000. All-cash bids and alternative bids of real property or a combination of real property and cash will be considered provided the combined value of the bid achieves the minimum bid. CPW may also consider partial bids for the individual parcels that make up the North Fork Property. CPW has the right to reject any or all bids, and the right to withdraw the North Fork Property from availability from this public sale at any time.
