Notice of Public Sale of Abandoned Personal Property Notice is hereby given that personal property left behind by former occupant Mac Moss will be sold at a public auction to the highest bidder, in accordance with Ca Civil Code Section 1988 on January 18, 2026, 9:00am - 1pm at 1181 Loyola Drive, Salinas, CA 93901. The property includes, but is not limited to, large constructions tools and misc supplies, bikes, patio heaters, paddle boat, windows, canopies, truck parts and misc auto tools/accessories, coolers and misc camping gear, skateboards, burn pit, antique scales and ice hand truck, and various other misc items. Payment in full by cash only is required at time of purchase. After deduction of the costs of storage, advertising, and sale, any balance shall be submitted to the county treasury, as required by law. All purchased items sold as is, where is, without warranty and must be removed at the time of sale. Sale subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between owner and obligated party.
