Marlene Kay Vaughan, decedent, died on May 4, 2019, in Calhoun County, Michigan. Leland Carl Vaughan, also known as Leland L. Vaughan, decedent, died on April 6, 2005 in Branch County, Michigan. At the time of their deaths, they owned the following described real estate located in the Township of Leroy, County of Calhoun, Michigan:

A Complaint to Quiet Title (Case No. 2025-3035-CH) has been filed with the 37th Circuit Court wherein Plaintiff, Virginia Budd, is seeking to Quiet Title in the following described real estate situated in the Township of Leroy, County of Calhoun, Michigan:
