Notice of Publication Adalius Donquail Thomas You are hereby notified that on 15th day of May, 2026, Kevin Richard Edward Wells filed for Petition for Adoption of Zachary Ilan Bowman, a minor, whose date of birth is November 4, 2012, and for change of name of the minor to Zachary Ilan Bowman-Wells. The Fairfield County Probate Court, located at 224 E. Main St. Lancaster, OH 43130, will hear the Petition on the 5th day of August, 2026, at 9 o'clock A.M. It is alleged in the Petition, pursuant to R.C.. 3107.07, that the consent of Adalius Donquail Thomas is not required due to the following: That person is a parent who has failed without justifiable cause to provide more than de minimis contact with the minor for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption Petition or the placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner.
