Notice is hereby given by the Board of Control of the Special Education Association of Peoria County (SEAPCO) in the County of Peoria, State of Illinois, that a budget for SEAPCO for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, is on file and conveniently available for public inspection at the Board of Control Office at SEAPCO Central Office, 4812 W. Pfeiffer Road, Bartonville, IL 61607 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday until August 14, 2026. Notice is further given that a public hearing on said budget will be held at 9:30 A.M. on the 14th day of August 2026, in the Board Room located at the SEAPCO Central Office, 4812 W. Pfeiffer Road, Bartonville, IL 61607
