Notice of Request for Proposals Professional Services The Winslow Township Fire District is soliciting proposals for the professional services of Civil Engineer with Structural Engineering Experience. Those wishing to obtain a RFP package shall either contact the Fire District Office at 609-561-4225 or email firedistrict@winslowtwpfd.org. All proposals are to be returned to Lorraine Sacco, CPM, QPA, Business Manager/Purchasing Agent, Winslow Township Fire District Administrative Office, located at 9 Cedar Brook Road, Sicklerville, NJ 08081. Proposals sent by mail shall be addressed as indicated above and shall be clearly marked on the envelope: RFP – Civil Engineer with Structural Engineering Experience. All proposals are due on or before 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Fire District will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals. The contract shall be awarded based on the most advantageous price and other factors including but not limited to experience, education, and special accreditations. This service is exempt from bidding in accordance with the N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5a. Contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Respondents are advised that any and all addenda will be posted on the Fire District's site, www.winslowtwpfd.org. It is the respondent's responsibility to review this site for addenda.
