BY VIRTUE OF THE POWER OF SALE contained in a SECURITY DEED given by SWEET MANGO HOMES LLC to TAYLOR HARRINGTON dated OCTOBER 5, 2023 and recorded in DEED BOOK 2877, PAGE 515, CHATHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA, to secure a NOTE in the original principal sum of $538,000.00 with interest as therein provided, default has occurred and the entire debt has been declared due and payable. THEREFORE, the undersigned as Attorney-in-Fact for the holder of said Security Deed will, on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025 (being the first Tuesday of the month), within the legal hours of sale, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Chatham County, Georgia, the following property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF SAVANNAH, CHATHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL MAP OR PLAN AS LOT 12 AND THE WESTERN 16 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 10, OLIVER WARD. SAID LOTS HAVING A FRONTAGE OF 46 FEET ALONG 38TH STREET AND A DEPTH OF 80 FEET TO A LANE. BOUNDED NORTH BY 38TH STREET, EAST BY THE REMAINING PORTION OF LOT 13, SOUTH BY A LANE, AND WEST BY LOT 11.
