NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES
Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2025, in Case No.: 2022-CA-001267 of the Circuit Court in and for BAY County, Florida, wherein JONATHAN KENNEY, is the Plaintiff and FRANKLIN WADE ADAMS, is/are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, ONLINE at www.bay.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on December 15, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section Eight (8), Township 2 South, Range 13 West; Thence South 89 Deg. 24 min. 00 Sec. West along the North line of said Northeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of said Section Eight (8), 355.54 feet to a Point of Beginning; Thence continue South 89 Deg. 24 min. 00 Sec. West along said North line of said Northeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section (8), 277.91 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the Northeastern Right of Way line of State Road No. 167, said Right of Way being 100 feet in width; Thence Southeasterly along said Right of Way line on a curve to the left having an arc length of 308.98 feet and on a chord bearing South 42 Deg. 36 min. 25 Sec. East for a chord distance of 308.07 feet; Thence North 13 Deg. 46 min. 44 Sec. East 225.96 feet to the Point of Beginning on the aforesaid North line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section Eight (8), Township 2 South, Range 13 West, and lying in Bay County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
