In pursuance and by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly granted by this Court and entered in the Chemung County Clerk's Office on the 15th day of September, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at Public Auction to the highest bidder at the Chemung County Courthouse, 224 Lake Stret, Elmira, New York, on the 15th day of October, 2025 at 1:30 in the afternoon of that day, the mortgaged premises directed in and by said Judgment to be sold and in said Judgment and described as follows:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the City of Elmira, County of Chemung and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly side of Maple Avenue, a distant of 50.80 feet Northerly; running thence westerly parallel with Mid Avenue a distance of 150 feet; running thence northerly parallel with Maple Avenue a distance of 50.08 feet; running thence, easterly parallel with Mid Avenue a distance of 150 feet to the westerly line of Maple Avenue; running thence southerly along the westerly line of Maple Avenue a distance of 50.08 feet to the point or place of beginning.
