NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2025, and entered in Case No. 502023CA013573XXXAMBAO, IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, wherein, RASINA RAMIREZ, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the following described property will sell to the highest bidder at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 10th day of November, 2025, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
