All of the contents within the following leased units are subject to our owner's lien for non-payment of rent and other charges and shall be sold to satisfy said owner's lien. All contents shall be sold at auction to the highest bidder via an ONLINE auction at www.storagetreasures.com Bidding will open on November 6th, 2025 at 9:00 AM Bidding will close on November 11th, 2025 at 5:00 PM The facility and auctioneer reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason. Occupant can redeem such goods on or before November 11th, 2025, 5:00 PM at 298 North Drive, Somerset, PA 15501 by fully satisfying all back payments via cash or certified funds.
