Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on October 25, 2024, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Westchester County Courthouse, lobby, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, White Plains, NY 10601 on February 9, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., premises known as 110 Mahopac Avenue, Granite Springs a/k/a Somers, NY 10527. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Somers, County of Westchester and State of New York, Section 26.12, Block 2 and Lot 3.
