NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ryan L. Butler, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, will on the 9th day of February 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.indian-river.realforeclose.com/ offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT NO. 102 OF CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT BUILDING NO. 57 OF VISTA ROYALE, PHASE 3, A CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ANNEXED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 572, PAGE 394, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
