The sale will be without warranty whatsoever as to condition, title or encumbrances to the highest bidder payable in USD. Bidders must tender a deposit in cash or certified funds of $300 in order to be a bidder and the entire balance of purchase price in full within 24 hours of the date and time of the sale in cash or certified funds at Argus Law Group 2107 W Sunset Blvd 2nd fl St. George UT 84770.
