NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Upon Default dated February 19, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502025CA009293XXXAMBAK, IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, wherein, IG INVESTMENTS 2014-1 LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the following described property will sell to the highest bidder at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 25th day of March, 2026, as set forth in said Final Judgment Upon Default, to wit:
Unit 571 of Piedmont L Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3329, Page(s) 1220, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
