NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 26, 2025, Case No. 2024CA000823, in the County Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Indian River County, Florida, in which INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC. is Plaintiff and, EDGAR LEONOR BUSTOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDGAR LEONOR BUSTOS; ADRIANA MOSQUEDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIANA MOSQUEDA; INDIAN RIVER COUNTY; RYAN L. BUTLER; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION #1, AND UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Indian River County Clerk of Court, Ryan L. Butler, will sell to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.indian-river.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 26, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
