NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Reestablishment of Lost Note dated February 11, 2026 and entered in Case Number 05-2025-CA-005095 of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida wherein Wright Brothers Contracting Services, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and JEM Homes International, LLC and Roy Dan are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following property situated in Palm Beach County, Florida described as:
Parcel 1:
Lot 1, Block 2, Roseland Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 17, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Lot 2, Block 2, Roseland Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 17, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Parcel 3:
Lot 3, Block 2, Roseland Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 17, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Parcel 4:
