NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2026, in Case Number 05-2025-CA-037060 in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, in which STEPHEN E. MINER, TRUSTEE OF THE STEPHEN E. MINER TRUST DATED 8/5/2020 AND STEPHEN E. MINER, INDIVIDUALLY, is the Plaintiff, and TOM BORROMEO AND ANDREW BORROMEO are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer to sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby at the Brevard County Government Center, 518 South Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, Florida, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19th day of August, 2026 the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Tract 6, Block 2 of INDIAN RIVER PARK, in Section 16, Township 20 South, Range 34 East, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 33, of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida, LESS that part thereof lying within 150 feet of the survey line of State Road 9, (I-95), Section 70220-2409, said survey line being described as follows: Begin on the West boundary of Section 16, Township 20, Range 34 East at a point 2336.50 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof, run thence North 15 degrees 47'30" East 1595.55 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the West, having a radius of 3125.36 feet, run thence Northerly 943.77 feet along said curve, through a central angle of 17 degrees 18'09" to the South boundary of Section 3, Township 20 South, Range 34 East, at a point 1259.17 feet East from the Southwest corner thereof, continue Northerly 678.96 feet along said curve, through a central angle of 12 degrees 26'51" to the end of curve, run thence North 13 degrees 57'30" West, 4263.40 feet to the North boundary of said Section 3, at a point 1039.79 feet East from the Northwest corner thereof.
LESS AND EXCEPT those lands described in Official Records Book 3742, Page 1792 of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida;
AND LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of Tract 6, Block 2, lying West of the lands described in Official Records Book 3742, Page 1792 of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS:
That part of Tract 6, Block 2, Section 16, INDIAN RIVER PARK, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 33, Public Records of Brevard County, Florida, as lies Easterly of the Easterly line of the land described in Official Records Book 3742, Page 1792, Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.
TOGETHER with that single wide 1990 WEST mobile home, ID Nos. GAFLK 75 A 08388 WE.
